Child and Play Therapy
I provide children and adolescents with a developmentally appropriate therapeutic relationship to assist with difficulties in adjustment, loss, sadness, anxiety, and emotional regulation. Therapy may include short-term, solution focused approaches or may require more long term, process and integration oriented work.

Siblings
Children who have siblings who struggle with severe emotional or behavioural disorders have unique experiences that are difficult to understand. There may be feelings of resentment, anger, frustration, struggles with their own challenges that may not be perceived as important. This too can affect the overall emotional functioning of that child and family functioning.
